I Structure characteristic
A 10 square three-core cable is equipped for the power input, one end is connected to the upper end of the circuit breaker, and the other end is connected to the air switch on the power grid distribution board, also the body is grounded.
RD and BK wires of the three-core cable are connected to the power phase conductor, and the BU wire is connected to the protective grounding cable.
Protection circuit breaker is below the front operating panel. Turn on the external power supply, upward close the circuit breaker, turn on the power switch, then the main circuit is connected to 380V power supply.
For ease of disassemble and replacement of the output cable, apply the high current wiring copper bar to easily connect the magnetized coil or the rod electrode.
A detachable copper head is equipped for the rod electrode, which can contact the workpiece through the copper mesh pad, so faults are not easy to be caused by poor contact. For the rod electrode with a button switch, a three-core cable can be connected to round socket in the middle of copper bar through a circular aviation plug. And for the button switch, also it can be used same as the "Trigger" button on the panel. Once the circular aviation plug on the three-core cable of the foot switch connects to the circular socket, and the foot switch can be used with the "Trigger" button.

III Application & usage
1 Notice and attention before use
Pls read this instruction manual in detail. First time or long time before use, pls check whether the external parts are well intact, also you can open the cover to check whether if any loose of the internal parts, but pls do not disassemble and assemble any parts without permission.
It should be stored and used in a dry, clean, well-ventilated environment without acid or alkali and other corrosive gases. This environment should not have high temperature and strong vibration or impact.
Before switching on the power supply, pls check whether the power supply is consistent with the required power supply, as well as whether the connection is correct, and whether the power grid and switch capacity meet the requirements
2 Use &Operation
(1) Connect the power cable to the power grid, connect the power distribution cabinet, and connect the main circuit to the power grid, then close the breaker handle upward;
(2) Switch on the "Power", "Power" indicator light, then it realizes circuit control on the power supply and exhaust fan starts work;
(3) Connect one copper end of two 120mm2 cables to the output copper bar, and the other end to the coil or rod electrode, or wind the cables into coils after series.
(4) Press on the panel trigger button or foot switch, trigger circuit will trigger pulse to control the SCR work, and realize AC magnetization inspection;
(5) Connect the rod electrode to the workpiece, or wind the cable to the workpiece or through threading-bar technique.
(6) Press the trigger button or foot switch, adjust the current adjusting knob to make ammeter indicated the current value required by flaw detection, and then press the trigger button to complete the magnetization. Under maximum current, apply external magnetic particle inspection, generally the magnetization time is less than 2 seconds, and there should be more than 5-10 times of intermittent time (less magnetization times, multiple of intermittent time can be reduced accordingly).
(7) If demagnetization is needed, just turn the "Mag. / Demag." selector switch to the "Demag." and make operations as above steps (1) to (7);
(8) When stopping use, turn off the main "Power" switch and power distribution board switch, and remove the external accessories if necessary.
3 Corrective maintenance
(1) If the fuse or SCR is damaged, where the primary current of the main transformer is too large, fast fuse will be broken (meanwhile, the red indicator sticks out) or even the SCR will be damaged.
(2) As there is certain margin in the use of the rod electrode, so the potentiometer needs to be adjusted from the minimum slowly during using, and pls do not use in the maximum position;
(3) During maintenance, pls be noted that: before connecting the switch on the power grid distribution board, each plug holder should be inserted properly so as to prevent accidents caused by poor contact.
